For My Next Challenge...

I have finished my second, 90 day challenge on ViSalus and am excited to begin my third! 
On my first challenge, I focused on losing the baby weight. I focused on toning up for my second challenge. Now, for this next challenge, the focus is to survive my Insanity Asylum workouts! ;), but to also gain more muscle and to push myself athletically. 
During these next 90 days, I will be drinking one shake a day. I like to work out In the morning, so I drink my shake for breakfast, after I exercise. Then I will continue to eat healthy, well portioned meals, snacks in between my meals, and be drinking lots of water. 
So now that I have lost my weight, I will drink only one shake a day to continue to receive all of the excellent nutrition. 
The challenges work! If you stick to them and give yourself time, you'll see results. They have each challenge set up in 90 day increments for a reason. Change takes time and work.
